Founder
of PowerPR, has an extensive background in corporate communications, financial
analysis and investor relations. His communications expertise encompasses such
areas as initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, key message
development, expectations management, crisis communications, corporate
positioning, management transitions, changes in control, strategic investments
and alliances, divestitures, downsizings, debtholder relations, investment
community marketing, corporate spin-offs, media relations and emerging markets
issues.
Since 1990 Christov has been a banker. Prior to founding PowerPR, he was The
Agency Secretary of Indonesia Banking Restructuring Agency (IBRA) that
responsible as Investor Relations Division Head with 600 trillion assets of
hundreds companies with wide range of industries and many top Indonesian
holding companies to be managed. Involved in divestment
process and strategy set up; handling around 400 worldwide investors.
Set up Indonesia roadshow to Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul-Korea, Tokyo-Japan,
London-England, New York and Boston - United States of America. Deal with
almost all worldwide financial and non financial media, such as Wall Street
Journal, Reuters, Asian Wall Street Journal, Asia Money, Financial Times, Dow
Jones, AFX, Bridge News, NHK, Nikkei, Fortune, New York Times, The Economist,
The Business Times, etc. Also have very good relationship with worldwide
financial organizations, such as World Bank, Asian Development Bank,
International Monetary Fund. Deal with world class rating companies such as
Standard & Poors, Moodys, etc. Previously he was Corporate Planner
in many local and multinational banks such as Bank Tiara, Bank Niaga, and
American Express. Graduate from Faculty of Economics-Padjadjaran University
Bandung, Majoring in Strategic Management; Master of Management from Asian
Institute of Management Philippines.

As
a Partner in PowerPR , has an extensive background in communications and
Public Relations Practice. She has worked with some group of companies,
publications, as well as school of public relations about 15 years. She also
writes articles and profiles in many newspaper and magazine such as Kompas,
Femina, Media Indonesia, Bisnis Indonesia, etc.
Mathilda began her career in 1985 as Public Relations at Kompas Gramedia
Group. Together with Mr. August Parengkuan as a PR Director, they Published
in-house magazine, arrange the program for corporate and subsidiaries and also
supported activities in Bentara Budaya - The Gallery of Kompas. Then in 1988
she joined her senior lecturer in University of Indonesia, Mr Djafar Assegaff
and Mr. Amir Effendi Siregar in publishing Warta Ekonomi magazine. As a
General Manager she developed Warta Ekonomi Business Club.
follow her success with Warta Ekonomi Business Club, Mathilda completed a
couple years of her career as a Senior Communication Officer at Raja garuda
Mas group ( PT. Inti Indorayon Utama - Pulp Industry, Porsea - North Sumatra
and Ometraco Group ( Holding Company of Grand Hyatt Hotel, Japfa Comfeed
Indonesia, Schneider Indonesia, Trafindo and Supra Usadhatama) in where she
faced crisis management and handled media relations, government relations, as
well as community relations.
Since August 2000 in present after a long dynamic and challenging PR world,
she decided to live business environment and begin a new period as a PR
Consultant. She has invited to be a Partner by Mr. Christovita Wiloto in
Running PR Firm and Institute-PowerPR. She hope together with Power PR, she
may share knowledge, experience, and ethical to many companies, institutions,
or people so that she contributes to build a real PR Profession in this
Country.
Born in Jakarta, January 22, 1962, she graduated from Universitas Indonesia
with a Master Degree In Social and Political Sciences. |
