THE QUAKER SMITH FAMILY

First Generation

William SMITH was born 22 1st month 1669 at Wighton, Hull Parish, Yorkshire, England. He is said to be the William Smith who arrived in 1682 on the ship Friends Adventure and resided with Phineas Pemberton, also from Yorkshire. This has not been positively proven.
