He married first on 1 Oct 1742 in York or Lancaster Co., PA to Barbara HECKENDORN (1718-1759), the daughter of John Heckendorn and Margaretha Jahry. She was a respected member of the Moravian Church. His second wife was Barbara KRAEMER and they married 11 Dec 1758.
(1) Johannes Jacob CHRISMAN bpt. 27 Oct 1743 First Reformed Church of York Co., PA. Died 1810 near Springborough, Warren Co., OH. He married 1767 to Rosina SCHIFFLER and 1800 to Mary WHITSEL.
(2) Rev. Jacob CHRISMAN born 25 May 1745, bpt. 27 Oct 1745 Creutz Creek, York Co., PA. He was a German Reformed Presbyterian minister. His will was made circa 1799. The name of his wife has not been proven.
(3) Abraham CHRISMAN born 27 Sept 1747 York Co., PA and died 1755 in Lancaster Co., PA.
(4) Anna Maria CHRISMAN born 1 Mar 1749 and died 1755 Lancaster Co., PA.
(5) Catharina CHRISMAN born 25 Nov 1751 probably in York Co., PA. She married in Salem, NC to Johann George STOCKBURGER (1731-1803).
(6) Theodora CHRISMAN born 3 Apr 1754 and died 1756 Lancaster Co., PA.
(7) Daniel CHRISMAN born 1756 probably in York Co., PA. He died 1816-1818. He married 17 Nov 1782 Bethabara, Stokes Co., NC to Joanna FISCHER (1757-1829).

(8) Barbara CHRISMAN was born 15 Sep 1759 near Hebron, York Co., PA. She married 12 Jun 1787 Bethabara, Stockes Co., NC to Johannes ACKERMANN (1759-1791).
(9) Balthasar CHRISMAN was born 9 Dec 1760 York Co., PA and resided in Stokes Co., NC in 1790. He married 20 Jun 1787 to Christine Elisabeth HARTMANN. He made his will 11 Jul 1797 Stokes Co., NC and died there the same day.
(10) John George CHRISMAN married CATHERINE FALLS (1783-1849).
(11) Abraham CHRISMAN married 1795 Guilford Co., NC to ---- FORDCONC.
(12) Joseph CHRISMAN died 1825. He was married to Elizabeth COLEMAN.
(13) Heinrich CHRISMAN was born 1775 and died by Aug 1847 in Guilford Co., NC. He married 26 Jul 1798 to Elizabeth TROLLINGER.
(14) David CHRISMAN died 1851 Guilford Co., NC. He married to Catherine APPLE.
(15) Elizabeth CHRISTMAN married to Adam HART (1757-1847).
(16) Rebecca CHRISMAN married to Jacob LINEBURY.
(17) Anna Mary CHRISMAN married Jacob HOPHINES (HUFFHINES) Jr. (1769-1819). (See HUFFHINES family)
