He came in during the summer of 1999. He had a great feud with White Z. His career was cut short after Mr. Cypher had to retired due to countless injures after wrestling for the cwf.pro for a year. Later, he became a road agent for the cwf.pro untill the cwf.pro shut down in the fall of 2001. He did return in 2004 for a short time wrestling during the beast/burns era. He was in talks about a 2006 return but was not interested

Mr. Cypher: Hello old boy, this is Mr. Lue Cypher, formerly of CWF.Pro. It seems that everyone thinks I was ran out, or that myself and Mr. Burns had some misunderstanding. This is not the case. Mr. Burns never bothered me, and I never bothered him. My short stint in the CWF.Pro was due souly on the account of time. You see, I thought I had the time to compete there. I was unfortunatly wrong and I was forced to leave. One day I may return? Perhaps. Not in the near future though. Thats my Story.
