He 1st appeared in 1998 and feuded with Miguel Sanchez. Over 6 months he would pop in and out threw this time. In the end he was unmasked and it was Pres Burns. The next week on the TNF show Pres Burns was talking with Sanchez in the ring and the Maskman return and would go on to beat down Sanchez with Pres Burns in the ring giving orders. The Mask Man reappeared again and took Sanchez down a 2nd time. He was never seen again. No one really knows who he was. Some say it was Pres Burns. Others say it was Pres Burns only that night. And others say that it was some one trying to get at Sanchez. The Maskman made his long awaited return in the summer of 2007 as he won the UEH title. He has been reappearing here and there threw 2007 and into 2008.
