Justin was one of the found memebers of the 12 guys that started in the cwf.pro. He was a rookie when he signed on.

Came in at the start of the cwf.pro in 1997. His gimmick was to be Cocky. He started to feuding with Sanchez and in one his interviews he was talking about having sex with girl that was too "be" Jenny Love. He was released mins after his interveiw which was in the ring at a live event. He has stated in a shoot interview that Pres Burns favors his top guys over the midcard wrestlers.
