Joe came in to the cwf.pro as a rookie and was train by Gary Hart in 1998

Joe came in With all the harts such as Andrew Hart, Joe Hart, Justin Hart, Rob Hart, Mike HArt (both), Brandon Hart, etc... they all were leaving. Joe stayed on the longest. After the harts all left. Joe took on the Spiderman gimmick as a superhero role. Over time the sport got to him and he retired in 2000. He has not been seen since.
