STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

Ingredients:
4-5 large bell peppers
1 cup rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 onion
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup grated cheese
Directions:
Cook rice. Blanch peppers for about 5 minutes in butter.. drain upside down. Fill peppers with rice, stewed tomatoes,and onions. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
