Strawberry Heaven

Ingredients:

13 oz angel food cake, cut into 3 horizontal layers
2 c frozen strawberries - crushed
1 T skim milk
1 pkg fat free whipped topping (8 oz) - thawed

Directions:

Place bottom cake layer on serving platter. In a mixing bowl, stir crushed strawberries and milk into 1 cup whipped topping.
Spread half of the strawberry mixture onto cake layer. Top with second cake layer. Repeat layers, ending with cake. Frost top and sides of cake with remaining whipped topping.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Makes 12 servings.

Nutritional information: 149 calories, 1 g fat, 2 g protein, 35 g carbohydrates, no cholesterol, 23 mg sodium, trace fiber.
