Squash Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb. squash
1 small onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs beaten
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs
salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine first 2 ingredients, cook, drain, and mash. Add remaining ingredients reserving 1/2 c. cheese to sprinkle over top. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees until firm and cheese is browned.
