PUMPKIN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

a.. 3/4 cup granulated sugar
b.. 1/2 tsp salt
c.. 1-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
d.. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
e.. 1/2 tsp ground cloves
f.. 2 eggs
g.. 15 ounce canned pumpkin
h.. 1 can sweet condensed milk
i.. 1/3 cup pure NH maple syrup
j.. 2 lb stoneyfield yogurt

STEP BY STEP:

1.. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl
2.. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in milk
3.. Bake in a casserole dish set in a water bath at 350 degrees for about 1 hour
4.. Let cool, add maple syrup, and then combine with 2 pounds good quality yogurt.
