CHEESE BISQUITS

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 lb. butter
3 c. flour
red pepper - to taste
salt - to taste
paprika - if desired

Directions:

Cream cheese and butter thoroughly. Work in flour, salt, pepper. Chill dough for several hours or overnight before rolling out. Roll dough about 1/8" or a little thicker. Cut biscuits in desired size. Pick with fork and bake in moderate oven 3-4 minutes or until brown. Paprika may be sprinkled on top of biscuits prior to baking.
