Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

3 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
dash of red pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, roll in bread or cracker crumbs. Deep fat fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
