BROWNIE PIE

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions:

Beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Fold in wafer crumbs, nuts, vanilla. Put in lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
