Wrestler History: Tommy D was an all around athlete, he played linebacker at
his high school in Daytona Beach and linebacker on the football team. It was
football that Tommy D really excelled at, so much so, that he was drafted by
Florida State and led them to 4 straight ACC conference championships. But,
as many do, Tommy D fooled around on his academics, partied too much and was
kicked out of FSU. He then began training, but it didnt take long for Tommy
D, as he was instantly noticed by promoter Will Geddings and began wrestling
in the WWA, but unfortunately, the fed soon shut down and Tommy D was left
in the cold, but, again, as luck would have it, Tommy D caught the eye of
another promoter, Richard Anderson, and began wrestling for the PCWF. He
became a cocky and egotistical heel that the fans loved to hate and was a
part of an elite heel group known as the Backbone, there, he captured his
first title, the Intercontinental title. He lost it not soon after, but
would not be dismayed. Due to personal diffences with a stable member, Tommy
D soon left the Backbone and disposed of his cheating ways and began to
receive a mass of fan support, (but still kept his cockiness :-). Tommy D
captured the International title again, but, the SEWO,(what the PCWF formed
into) folded and the rest is history.
