Wrestler History:

John Stabler was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri.  From the time of his birth, life has dealt him some bad cards indeed.  However, John never let bad things get him down, because that didn't help anyone.  Up until the time he was 19, he lived with his mother and little sister, Molly, who was 5 years younger then him.  Their father, Jimmy "The Rat" Stabler, worked at a local warehouse for all the time that his children knew him.  However, when John was 15, his father died, and to this day the murder case remains unsolved.  John bottled up his anger, hoping it would go away.  It didn't.

On his 19th birthday, he packed up the things he needed into a gym bag, and left home.  John had about 300 dollars with him and the clothes on his back.  Determined to make his sister proud, he set out on a journey to find himself.  He thought that if he could get involved with police work, he might be able to solve his father's murder.  However, John didn't have enough money to enter the police academy, and his grades would not allow for a scholarship.  John thought about getting a job, but by chance, a local wrestling orginization was in town, and with his last 15 dollars, he decided to check it out.  He instantly fell in love with the sport, and thought that by doing that, he could make a quick buck.  After the show, John caught up with a wrestler named Mike Johnson, who informed him of Harley Race's WLW Wrestling Academy in southern Missouri.  The wrestler offered to take John down there and check it out.  John agreed, and his wrestling career began.

John and Mike became good friends, and John eventually moved in with Mike and his wife down in Eldon, Missouri.  John worked out a deal with Harley, and started training.  John cleaned up the gym that they trained in, and helped Harley's wife out with the booking and such when he wasn't training.  Harley saw potential in John, and eventually started working with him one-on-one.  With Harley's help, John became his best student, and in time, started working Harley's WLW shows.  Time passed, and after 2 years, Harley approached John about trying out for bigger companies.  John denied, and told Harley the story of his father, and how he was going to the police acedemy.  In all his infinite wisdom, Harley convinced John that revenge was not the way, and that wrestling was a way to honor his father.  The boy thought long and hard, and decided he was right.  Now, John is here, in the CWF, ready to make his father proud.
