Don Cleveland worked as a filing entry-level position with Souza, Dewey, Cheetham, and Howe. He worked there over a year until both of his parents were killed in a car accident. Losing the only family he's ever known, Don Cleveland became very bitter. He started to become a hostile employee who is fired soon later by the filing department manager.
