Turnpike) to exit 5A. Exit at 5A heading south on Livingston Avenue. Make a
right at the 5th traffic light (about 2-2 1/2 miles). You will see Livingston
High School set back from Livingston Avenue with a large athletic field complex
in front.
FROM THE WEST
(via Rt. 80)
Go east on Rt. 80, bear left onto Rt 280 East (towards Oranges and Newark).
Exit at 5A heading south on Livingston Avenue. Make a right at the 5th traffic
light (about 2-2 1/2 miles). You will see Livingston High School set back from
Livingston Avenue with a large athletic field complex in front.
FROM THE SOUTH
(via Kennedy Parkway) or JFK
Take JFK Parkway north at the Short Hills Mall. Follow JFK into Livingston. JFK
becomes South Livingston Avenue when you enter town. Pass through the 3 traffic
lights (South Orange Avenue, Hobart Gap & Northfield Avenue). About 1/4

Proceed on Garden State Parkway to exit 145. Exit at 145 and onto Rt 280 West.
Follow to exit 5A (about 5-6 miles). Exit at 5A heading south on Livingston
Avenue. Make a right at the 5th traffic light (about 2-2 1/2 miles). You will
see Livingston High School set back from Livingston Avenue with a large
athletic field complex in front.
FROM 78 EAST BOUND
After Summit, follow the signs for "local 24, 124, 82" and not the
express route to the airport. Continue toward the right for about a 1/2 mile t
the Millburn exit on the left. Continue on 24 West for about 2 miles to the
Short Hills Mall. The exit sign says, "JFK Livingston, Caldwell,
280". Make this quick right turn after the mall onto JFK and follow into
town about 4 miles. (See directions for "from the South via Kennedy Parkway")

Once on the Rider University Campus:
1. At
the end of the long entry drive, veer right before stop sign (.1 mile).
2. You
will be driving towards a parking lot with a metal boarder fence. Turn left at
the sign for the Health Center. (.1 mile).
3. Continue
driving through campus. After about .2 miles the road will veer left. Do not
follow the road. Instead, continue driving straight towards playing fields and
a dirt road. This road has a lot of deep pot holes.
4. Follow
the dirt road around the tennis courts. At the end of the dirt road (another .2
mile) you will see lacrosse playing fields.
There are not a lot of
parking spaces near the lacrosse fields. Parents and families might be required
to park in the paved parking lot just before the dirt road and walk up to the
fields.

Franklin School is on Blackburn Road in

**From downtown Summit, take Springfield
Avenue past Morris Avenue and turn left onto Blackburn Road.
Pass Oak Knoll School. Franklin School and Field is on the left
about 1/4 mile after Oak Knoll School.

**From Route 22 westbound, turn right onto
Summit Road (by the Getty station). Take
Summit Road up and over the hill, over Route 78, to the stop sign at Morris
Avenue.
Turn left on Morris Avenue. Pass Overlook Hospital on right.
Just after the second traffic light, turn
left (at Fair Oaks Hospital) onto Prospect Street.
Take the second left onto Blackburn
Road. Pass Oak Knoll School. Franklin School and Field is on the left

The school is 1 mile on the right, use the second

Exit 24 and head north on Rattlesnake Bridge Road.

When you come to the stop sign at Route 523 you will
turn right proceed 10 yards and then turn left onto Black River Road.
When you come to the split in the road with the double
arrow (left-right) stay to the left, the road will change surfaces numerous
times because your travel within two counties.
You will be on this road approximately 3 miles.
When you come to the STOP sign at the Pottersville
Reform Church turn right the field driveway is on the left 200 ft.

Travel south past the Long Valley Brew Pub until you
come to the traffic light intersection of 512-517. (Fairmont Church ) Turn left
on to 512 east Fairmont Road.
Travel 3 miles go over the small bridge bare right then
left at the Pottersville Reform Church.
Driveway is on the left 200 feet.

We
have two fields at the High School. One is directly on your left upon entering
the driveway and the other is located directly behind the high school (for this
field drive up and past the high school and park on the left side and walk
behind the school).
COACHES
CALL IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM WHICH FIELD WE WILL BE AT.

Take Route 23 North to the light by the Sussex Queen Diner (also by Franklin
Sussex Auto Mall).
2.
Make a right onto Route 565.
3.
Stay on Route 565 for several miles (approx. 7 min.) until you reach the
flashing light at the high school, which will be on the right-hand side.

Take Route 23 North to Route 515 (Highland Lakes / Vernon). Just before
Victoria’s Mt. Inn

Take Route 515 for about ten minutes into Vernon, passing the A & P Shopping
Center on the right.

Crossing Rd. (By Cardinal Art Gallery).
4.)
Continue on this road until you come to a "T" intersection. Make the
right, and continue on this road.

When you come to Pochuck Valley Farms (red building), make the next left onto
Route 565.

Go up to the flashing light, and make a left into the high school.

From the direction of Summit/Springfield on
Morris Avenue:
Turn right onto Meisel Avenue. This road changes its name to Springfield
Avenue and crosses over Rt. 22.
After passing the entrance to Echo Lake
Country Club, turn right at the next light onto East Broad Street. Follow East Broad Street through 3 traffic
lights in downtown Westfield.
After the 3rd traffic light at North
Avenue, go straight under the railroad bridge, staying to the right of the
traffic circle. (You're now on South
Avenue.) Get in the left turn lane and
turn left at the first light onto West Broad Street. Make the first quick left onto Rahway Ave.
Follow Rahway Avenue 0.8 miles to the
Edison School parking lot on your right.
(Football stadium is on the left.)
Park in this lot; the girls’ lacrosse field is behind the school.
From the intersection of Meisel and Morris Avenues,
this should take about 15 minutes (depending on downtown traffic).
From the Garden State Parkway:
Take Exit 135 - "Westfield &
Clark." Get onto Central Avenue,
heading toward Westfield. (If coming
from the south, follow signs 3/4 of the way around the traffic circle to
Central Avenue. If coming from the
north, stay to the right down the exit ramp and you will be on Central Ave.)
Travel 2.6 miles on Central to the 4th
traffic light. Turn left at that light
onto Grove Street. (There's a Gulf gas
station on the corner.)
Follow Grove Street to its end at a
"T" intersection with Rahway Avenue.
Edison School will be directly in front of you. Turn right onto Rahway Avenue and then
immediately left into the school parking lot.
You may park in this lot. The
girls' lacrosse field is behind the school.
