1. When you book, a
prompt £50 deposit is required. This secures your booking. Please ensure that
you include this with your booking form. Alternatively, if you book by phone
this should be with us within 7 days.
2. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Mr. R Williams
and the envelope addressed to Mr. R. Williams Cash payments must be
sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for loss.
3. On receiving your deposit payment a receipt will be returned. This
will confirm you’re booking dates and show the remaining balance. The
final due date for this remaining balance will show on your receipt and will be
4 weeks before commencement of holiday, however, no further reminder other than
the original receipt will be sent. This remaining balance should be sent as
soon as possible before the 4 week deadline, before your holiday. Should your
payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the chalet.
If your cheque is returned not paid then you agree to pay the £25 charge.
4. Should you book 4 weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full
amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with
us.
5. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as
failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday.
6, i, the chalet bed mattresses are
fitted with protective covers, please do not remove these during your stay.
Ii, for safety & other holidaymakers the chalet is
non-smoking please.
Iii, Pets are only allowed if pre-authorised and you agree to
pay for any damage however caused, and clear up any foul the dog makes (This
subject to prior arrangement. please).
IV) DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE PARK
V) PETS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE CHALET
CONDITIONS OF HIRE - (combined park rules)
1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from: -
a) Groups of single sex. b) Groups under 21 years
of age.
2. Mablethorpe chalet park is a family holiday
park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other
persons on the parks will be asked to leave.
3. In order for us to clean and check the chalet, departures must be
made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released
before
3pm on the day of arrival. Cars may be parked in
chalet 'pull in' after 1 o'clock.
4. The chalet must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is
responsible for all members of the party (including any pets) and must make good any losses,
breakage, or damage done to the chalet or its contents during their stay.
5. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances
beyond our control a full refund will be given.
6. There are wheelie bins around the park for your refuse, at the end of your stay you must empty any bins in the wheelie bins provided.
Changes to Bookings
Should the situation arise that you whish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £10 will be required.
PETS & SMOKING
Pets
are only allowed by prior
arrangement (and subject to a £20 surcharge), and you agree not to leave
your pets unattended and pay for any damage they cause. There are
restrictions to the breed of dog allowed. If you smoke in the chalet (no smoking in the bedrooms) please
leave windows/doors open and use the ash trays provided.
If due to illness, injury or accident you
are unable to take your holiday you must advise us immediately by telephone.
We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage,
personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
No monies will be returned for cancellations. (Unless can be re-booked please
note there will be an admin charge of £50).
Conditions
- In the case of any dispute our decision is final.
Please note we do not own the caravan & chalet site and therefore cannot
accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those currently
advertised.
Note
Please, remember to take your own bed linen, towels & toiletries. There are duvets and pillows provided.
