Though not as cruel and aggressive as the Principality of Zeon's leaders, the bureaucrats who rule over the Earth Federation are corrupt, weak-willed, and insensitive to the space colonists' desire for independence.

Titian
An elite branch of the Federation Forces, created in the aftermath of Operation Stardust. The Titans are charged with hunting down the renegade soldiers of the Principality of Zeon, and suppressing anti-Federation movements. As its sinister origins indicate, this organization will later prove to be no better than the enemies it was created to fight. The Titans soon rebel against Feddy forces and become mixed up in the Colony wars.

AEUG
A civilian manufacturing corporation based on the moon. After the end of the One Year War, Anaheim absorbs a number of wartime weapons developers and enters the mobile suit development business. While Anaheim benefits from the design skills of many former Principality of Zeon engineers, it also suffers from somewhat divided loyalties as a result.
