I would send this to the person being attacked:
A bit of RP: You go about your daily duties of war, when someone from the bridge says over the intercom, “Sir, someone from an unidentiried location has challanged you to a MS battle.”
The person’s lvl ( 1, 2, 3; not hp!)
Do you accept?

You would reply with Yes or No. and an opptional message that will be sent to the other person (no cussing; must be RP no out of character (like im a newbie pls accept))

If Yes then I send this message to the attacker and the person being attacked:

Your Location
Meeting Location
Would you like to use any UI's?

Then you both send me:
The IU's your using

After this I'll do the battling math post the results on the battle results page and send a message to the loser reminding them to report their loss on the stats server (which is required; if you don't report the loss within three days, and i'll know, then you'll be kicked from the rpg)
