The Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Ernakulam, was established in 1971 under the aegis of the Chinmaya Mission, founded by Swami Chinmayananda.

The school follows the CBSE syllabus and has classes from LKG to the XII standard. The institution constantly endeavours to provide a sound and upto date education necessary for converting all individuals into active and prductive citizens. The over-all development of the students is the primary aim of the School.
