 I was place in a nursing home I was in 3 nursing home

Somerset I moved in on 5th floor the nurse give hard time she said things like you shouldn't moved, fish only we had. I moved to 8th floor where I met comdy, we went to disability fair.  Last booth we stop at the call over the rainbow over the rainbow is apartments.

October I felt depress, shaking, they sent me out 3 times. Third time I was shakily bad I couldn't go to the bathroom. I moved .to Sheridan shores there  I met   Adam a case manage I felt bad spastic a lot he called r I c for me ,the nurse told me  I had a doctor shut up. I learned that cp problem go to cp specialist. The nurse didn't understand. Adams quite then   rebort hired he was an ass hole. He didn't listen to me one time doctor want    me increase my zyerfex slowly I told the nurse to order my medicine. She didn't listen. I told rebot he said not talk to me or I will hit you. I got mad and I was sent out. I moved 4th floor I .met charline. She help me to move out but state in the     way. My money stolen. Couples weeks before I went a wall rebort and the nurse told my doctor cut out my zyerflex that medicine I took for my spastics they told me my doctor   changes it.     They did   the paper work for send me before medic pass.  So they call my doctor Harder. Once I felt run away. One day at r I c asked them I don't want go back. They sent me Chicago ridge

There it's lock. I had wear cloth dippers. Cn a told me I bathroom train I don't need them. I don't need them. We had eggs everyday. Meals were bad. One time I was eating a c n an asked why I made mess, I have cp I can't feed myself that good.
