Cerebral palsy

I live in Waukegan all my life. I attended Waukegan Pubic School. I started school when I

Three. I always tested higher then my grade level. I think that was the reason why my teachers let my English slide, because they felt I have great ideas. In fourth grade my parents had to Fight for me to be placed in a leading disable class. It was a great start; that was the first time I was in a class with regular kids. When I went into junior high my par1mts wanted me put Into some regular classes. They had to fight the system again to do that. Each time we receive what we have asked for   .

When I went to high school things change for the better. The teacher who was my

case manager taught physical students, and she knew a lot of things. She was a life saver. It took the past three years, to get my English to this point. I had a lot of good teachers in high school. There was one teacher I had wanted me to go be on what the assignments were, to do well in her class. I think my handicap played roll in my grade in that class.

At the end of my freshman year of High School I wanted a summer job. So a teacher of mine told me about a job program though the school. They placed students on job sites as a summer school class. The Students got pay through this school program for working. First 2 summers I worked at a hospital and Great America. Next three summers I worked

With the Waukegan High school's maintenance department have fun working with them.

I spend the summer at 4 c’s and peacock camps. They were nice.
