Hey Spekie,
No problems with that.
The reason why you have this information is the following:
all files *.323 are linked on your computer with H.323 Internet-telefonie and all files *.386 are linked to File type: virtual driver file.
That's all. Nothing to worry about.
Any software on your PC is linking file types to itself, like Excel to *.xls or *.csv.
In your Windos Explorer you will find in the menu Extras (i think because I am using another language)- Folder Options a tab called "file types" where you can find your software <-> file associations.
So there's no need to be rude.
