I agree with Good_Will:

If I see a RS preview I won't download the vid.
At the end you'll get more RS points with a good preview.

I personally provide a preview with let's say 4-10 caps in one jpeg-file (@filecloud/imgavenue) and an additional zipped file with about 200 screencaps hosted on RS.
I think that's fair.
