As things unfold, it's probably time to develop a smoother approach, making it a little bit easier to locate particular graffiti photos. For the time being, here is a short synopsis of each of the following pages. Page one is self explanatory, so we can start with page two.

Page 2: Hilltop Ave. south of Orange Ave. Third Ave, also on Palomar St. List of locations, some with photos.

Page 3: Since Main Street has lots of graffiti; you will find some pictures of it here. There are also some of Naples Street.

Page 4: Industrial Boulevard, near Naples Ave. There are also some more on Naples Street, near Hilltop Ave.

Page 5: This page also has photos of some of those signs people put up on telephone poles, and various places, to promote their business. Since they leave their phone number on the sign, seems like graffiti control could give them a call!

Page 6: Beyer Way seems to have lots of graffiti. Some of the pictures can be found here. Broadway pictures are here, too! There is also a couple from E. Orange Ave.

The index list isn't perfect, but we hope it helps, just a little. Some folks browse each page, but those with dial up connections, may find that method too slow. Links to each page can be found at the bottom on each page.

Changes! Changes! Changes! (See graffiti locations below)
     Due to recent changes in Geocities web page policy, and additional changes affected by the Cox Cable conversion, this website may be drastically altered. It must also be noted there have been some positive policy changes in the way the City of Chula Vista handles graffiti.
     We wish to thank Mayor Padilla for his comments on this subject, and for continued progress in the fight to keep our neighborhoods free from the blight of graffiti. Graffiti, after all, is a form of neighborhood terrorism, which destroys property values, and requires additional taxpayer expense to clean it up.
      It could also be considered environmental pollution. If graffiti is a reflection of our community, we need to work aggressively to change our image. If Chula Vista is to become the outstanding city it deserves to be, then we must help make it esthetically pleasing. That will be impossible to do, as long as graffiti remains visible on our streets, highways, homes, and buildings.
