Cleveland Volunteer Fire Department is located in Cleveland Virginia at 88th Forth Street, The department presently has 20 members; 17 male 3 of them junior members and 3 female. The area we cover is approximently 75-100 miles with the population being 1000. The areas we cover are about 30 % agriculture and wildland ,10 % commerical and industrail and also 60 % residental. We work; structure fires, brush fires, auto accidents and animal rescues. We also assist other departments in the area when needed. Our apparatus consist of ; 1 pumper, 2 tankers, 1 brush truck, 2 mini pumpers and a department vechile. Our staion 100 and all our trucks and member numbers start with 100. We are a non profit organization and have bingo on Saturday nights to help earn money for the department to run. |

I In Special Memory
The department lost a loved member in a hunting accident on November 11,2003. Captain Adam Anderson was 23 years old. He was a good worker and decicated fireman to the department. Adam we miss you. |
