The 2008 Awards Banquet will be on Tuesday June 3, 2008 at the Brookside Country Club. The silent auction will initiate the evening at 6:00pm and dinner starts at 7:00pm.  The commencement of the evening will be the drawing for the silent auction ending around 10:00pm. We will need help with the planning and setting up for the event. If you would like to be a part of the committee please let Gordon Blodgett know as soon as possible.

As in the past we will be including a silent auction. This is an event in which you purchase tickets and place them in the box of the item that you would like to win. At the end of the evening we have a drawing for each item and the number called is the winner for that item. If you would like to help out with this fun event please let Gordon Blodgett  know.
 

We are looking for any items that you would like to donate for this event. If you would like to offer movie tickets, theater tickets, a gift certificate to a local restaurant or any other item that you would like to give, please notify Gordon  of your donations so they can be included in the pre sale list.
