This must be shown to the show secretary prior to the start of the show. The original registration, recordation certificate or duplicate application stamped by the registry office is required for all animals under six months of age. This must be shown to the show secretary prior to the start of the show. No copies of the registration, recordation certificate or stamped duplicate applications, telegrams, or phone calls will be accepted in lieu of the original documents. 5. The number of exhibitors (owners) will be determined by the number of different ADGA membership ID numbers in the show. One ID number represents ONE owner, no matter how many names are included. 6. The base date for determining the age of the animal is the date that the animal is being shown. 7. Proof of ownership shall be the name on the registration, recordation certificate or on the stamped duplicate application. 8. We request that all Sr. Doe breed champions be milked immediately following their breed championship class as the Best of Show class will be judged with does milked out. 12. The primary focus of this show is to encourage and educate the youth of the area. To that end, the dairy goat committee of the Interstate Livestock Show will be governing the show based in the IAFE Show Ring Code of Ethics. A copy will be provided to all exhibitors at check-in if requested. In keeping with that code, any animal showing with any form of teat sealant (including but not limited to rubber sealants, any form of glue or any other form of sealant) will be disqualified from the show. We would ask that exhibitors using tape on their teats please remove it before leaving your pens. Over-distended udders will be penalized.
