Company-Direct listings are adds where you are dealing directly with the listers Human Resouces Deptartment, as such the hiring company will experience no further expense if you are hired.
Contracted listings are adds where a recruiter or other agency is listing on behalf of their Client-company, and if you are hired, the recruiter can be expected to assess a "finders' fee" from their Client-company.
(It is the Catawba Valley IMA's contention that we will charge no fees for listing these items as they are listed purely for the benefit of our members.)
