| Hi my name is Sherry and don't ask me why
but my name was unofficially changed the
day I was born. Perhaps, I looked more like
a Sherry than a Cheryl but in any event,
the only ones who call me by my real name
are the folks at the Drivers Licence Bureau,
Uncle 'What's His Name', and of course my
mother when she gets upset with me. Anyway, I was destined to be different and I am many things but an artist I am not, or at least I didn't think I was until I discovered the internet several years ago and realized that art comes in many forms. Actually, I am a writer and advertising manager, turned web designer and I specialize in personal and small business sites. Above all, I am an enthusiastic life student. I have many interests including Teddy bears, poetry, travel, cooking herb gardening and people. All of which you will hear a bit about should you decide to look around The art thing, well, it happened much by accident and evolved during my never-ending search for unique images and backgrounds, both for my poetry and business use. Quite honestly, it all starts looking the same after awhile so I started dabbling with my paint programs.I sorta had a case of spring fever too. I find it a relaxing diversion to my quite interesting but often chaotic life. The results (as they are created) can be found here.. So please humor me and take a look around my ALL NEW gallery. If you find something you like, please feel free to use it.. All I ask is that you link back to this site so that others might enjoy the tour. All backgrounds and images on the gallery are originals, created by mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaah in a small home office near the Florida Everglades. Now I warn you, they are quite unique.... abstract and colorful in nature, just as I am! |
