RICE, Willis "Hal"Jr.Age 41, of Old Middle Creek Road on Route 404 at 
Blue River died Sept. 13, 1990 at Highlands Regional Medical Center.
Born Jan. 14, 1949, in Prestonsburg, s/o  Willis "Burr" Harold Rice 
and Charlotte Hall Rice Cooper .addition to his mother, he is survived 
by his step father CharlesCooper of Lady Lake; h/o Ottie Sammons Rice;
children: , Willis Hal "Buddy" Rice , Charles Lee Rice,Stephanie R. 
Holbrook of Prestonsburg; two sisters, Sandra Kunce of Woodland, Calif., 
and Pamela R. Meyer of Blue River; and one grandson, Brandon Douglas 
Holbrook. Burial will follow in the family cemetery on Middle Creek 
Road, Prestonsburg.
