Nancy E. Williams Rice      
 
Nancy E. Williams Rice, widow of Deward Rice, of Windsor Care Center, formerly of Plum Lick Rd., died Friday at Mary Chiles Hospital. She was a 88 year old native of Powell County, a homemaker and a member of Grassy Lick United Methodist Church. She is survived by daughters, Clara McCarty and Sue Perry, Paris, and Helen Morris, Mt. Sterling; son, Billy Rice, Mt. Sterling; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and sister, Bea Robinson, Mt. Sterling. The funeral will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, Mt. Sterling, Rev. Kevin Thomas, John Black, & Jesse Kline presiding, with burial in North Middletown Cemetery.
