Marjorie B. Rice 

NEW PALESTINE, Ind. — Marjorie Bullington Rice, 71, 
of New Palestine died Feb. 12, 2002, at Hancock 
Memorial Hospital. 
The Allen County, Ky., native was a retired school 
bus driver for New Palestine Schools and a member 
of Ritter Avenue Baptist Church. She was a daughter 
of the late John K. Bullington and Hallie Marie 
Rice Bullington. 

Funeral will be at noon EST Saturday at Flanner & 
Buchanon Washington Park East Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Washington Park East Cemetery. Visitation 
will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. EST today at the 
funeral home. 

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Rice; two 
daughters, Sue Hubbard and Robin Watkins, both of 
New Palestine; a stepson, Craig Rice of New Palestine; 
a stepdaughter, Tammy Edwards of New Palestine; a 
brother, the Rev. J.C. Bullington of Indianapolis; 
three sisters, Mary Lou Elmore of Scottsville, Ky., 
Thelma Taylor of Westmoreland, Tenn., and Helen 
Lechner of Hanover; four grandchildren; and four great-
grandchildren.
