Archie Rice 

BARLOW, Ky.--Archie Rice, 89, of Barlow died at 12:02 p.m. Monday at 
Life Care Center in La Center. 
Mr. Rice was a lifetime member of the carpenters union at Cairo, Ill. 
He was a member of New Liberty General Baptist Church. 

He is survived by two sons, Eddie Rice of Kevil and Dale Rice of Barlow; 
one daughter, Carolyn Rosenstone of Barlow; one sister, Hazel Furuski of 
Springfield, Mo.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Tanner Rice. His parents 
were John Field and Christina Logsdon Rice. 

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Barlow Cemetery. The 
Rev. Paul Crews will officiate. 

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Morrow Funeral Home in La 
Center.
