Allie Webb Rice

Mrs. Allie Webb Rice, 75, wife of Elzie (Dick) Rice died in a local
hospital Tuesday following an illness of a few days.

Born July 11, 1875 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of E.R. and
Julia Hyden Webb.

Surviving besides the husband are two sons, Russell Rice, Collista and
Walter Rice, Mt. Sterling, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Brookie Sublett,
city, Mrs. Grant Johnson and Mrs. Irving Blair, both of Collista, and
Mrs. Heber Fitchpatrick, Springfield, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Freewill
Baptist Church at Collista, with the Revs. Charlie Lemaster and Adron
Davis officiating. Music will be by the Paintsville Quartet.

Interment will be made in the family cemetery at Collista under the
direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.
