Earthine (Rice) Anderson 

Earthine (Rice) Anderson, age 82, died 3 p.m. Sunday, June 15, 2003, 
at the Leisure Years Nursing Home in Owensboro, Ky. 

She was a native of Evansville. She was a lifelong member of the Line 
Street Church of Christ and attended the Church of Christ in Owensboro, 
Ky. She was a homemaker and a volunteer worker for many years. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Steve W. Anderson, 
in 1992; and a daughter, Mary L. Grant, in 1994. 

Surviving is her devoted daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Frank 
Posey of Owensboro, Ky.; grandchildren, Deborah Posey Turner, David 
Posey and Trenton Jackson; 7 great-grandchildren; cousins, aunts, nieces 
and nephews; and a host of friends. 

Services 1 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2003, at the Line Street Church of 
Christ in Evansville, burial in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. 

Friends may call for visitation on June 19, at the church, from 11 a.m. 
to service time. Mason Bros. Memorial Chapel in handling arrangements.
