Scope of Work - Sumpal Compression Project

· The Sumpal Gas Station is part of the Corridor Block PSC (Production Sharing Contract), in South Sumatra. The Production forecast predicts that reservoir pressure  will  decline  and   consequently  the  gas  production  will  start  to decrease.

In order to maintain gas production capacity, therefore a new gas compression facility is required to be installed and placed in operation.

· For this purpose,  the installation  of new compression  facilities, including its associated utilities system at Sumpal Gas Station, will be the main scope of work of Sumpal Compression Project.

Sumpal Compression Project shall install one stage of compression station with 3 (three)  Gas Turbine Driven  compression trains.

The drivers  shall provide a total installed site rated horsepower of about 24,000hp. Each compressor train will  consist of  a suction scrubber,  a compressor  and  an  after  cooler.

· A common discharge scrubber will be used for the three of compression trains. The trains shall operate in parallel and share the gas load. Compressors will share  common  suction and  discharge headers.

In addition to  compression system, the project scope will also include debottlenecking of the inlet product-ion manifold by installing additional inlet cooler and inlet separator

· The existing produced water system shall be debottlenecked by this project.

Other utilities such as electric power and instrument air will be also expanded to meet the needs of the new equipment.

The existing fuel gas system shall be expanded to supply fuel to the gas turbine compressors and a new gas turbine generator.

A new seal gas system will be provided to supply seal gas to the compressors. The flare system will be also debottlenecked.

A new process control and electrical building will be constructed in the vicinity of the existing buildings and existing process control buildings shall be modified.
