Neighborhood Tour

Kath and I think our neighborhood is great. As they say in real estate it is "location, location, location," plus a some friendly neighbors! Here are some photos that I have taken of the local neighborhood (as well as our little abode) over the past two years.

	Sand Dune Park is a 5 minute walk away.		The dune is 100' tall and is one of the last vestiges of the original landscape.
A look up 24th Street from the beach.		Manhattan Beach pier is a 15 minute walk away down the Strand.
