You have completed your research; you know what artwork you'd like on your body permanently, you know where on your body it should go, you know which tattoo parlor is cleanest and safest. You have chosen your tattoo carefully and have become confident with the idea of the pain involved with getting one. Now it's time to go out and get it!
Things to remember:
It is always a good idea to take a buddy along when you go to the tattoo parlor. He or she can be a lifesaver if your nerves kick in at the last minute. However, make sure that your friend is on the same page with you so he or she can't sway your ever-so-carefully-planned decision.
