Do you want it to be seen at all times, or would you like to be able to cover it up for certain occasions?
Also, research the facility that will be tattooing you.
MAKE SURE THE TATTOO PARLOR IS REVERED, SANITARY AND SAFE!
Things to remember:
A tattoo is permanent, so you must choose wisely. Just because you like Tweety Bird right now doesn't mean that you will still enjoy looking at a yellow cartoon character on your bicep EVERY DAY for the rest of your life. Be discriminating and choose something timeless, something you will never get sick of.
