1. Place the item number (N472) in the item number slot on the order form.
2. The letter and color choices go in the color slot on the order form.
3. The first thing you enter in the color slot is the letter you wish to order.
4. After the letter, enter the number of the color you would like the letter to be. If you want the color to be pastel, put a "P" after the number. (Black, white and grey can't be pastel.)
5. Next, put a dash and enter the number of the color you would like the border of your letter to be.
