We'd help eachother shine This went on for quite a while I became dependant on your light I couldn't be without your smile Together it was just so right But soon there were blackouts Where we didn't shine so well But we always got through them In the end you'd never be able to tell But one day the blackout was bad So strong, there was no light at all I had never realized what I had Until I lost you, my star was to fall Weakly I tried to shine in the sky But I was so dull without you there I did this for quite some time.. You had forgotten to care See, you'd found something else A new star to shine with, up above But it was a different kind of star then me It was a star whom with you could share your love This star supplied you very well With a new kind of energy I felt like I was in hell How could you replace me? After a while you came back And we worked out the black holes I could shine brightly again Reunited, our souls But soon I came to realize We weren't as bright as before And I realized we would never be Bright and close anymore That new star you found when you left me That's the only one who can make you bright I can't do that for you anymore...
