Mami

If I could catch a falling star
And wrap it in moonlight
I'd do it without a second thought
And sprinkle it with delight

But all I can give is a hug and a kiss
And my loving words to you
That mean so much and always will
Because they're pure and true

I love you more than words can say
I'd do most anything
To prove my love in any way
The heavens to you I'd bring

So take my words and hold them close
And never let them go
Take all my kisses from now 'til forever
And in your heart they'll grow

No matter how apart we are
Or how close we may be
I'll always love you 'til the end
For all eternity
So Close

There are days where I feel that my heart will explode
There are times when my life seems so empty and cold
When  I see you I feel as if though I could fly
You're so close, but I can't even touch you
Life

Sometimes at night I'd lay awake
And think about tomorrow
Sometimes I'd pull my covers up
And cry over my sorrow

I didn't know the happiness
That others seemed to know
I didn't know the emptiness
Inside my heart would grow

I only knew the tears of rage
That burned me to the core
I only knew my loneliness
Knew this, and nothing more

But later on I realized
I had a life to live
And all along I had been blessed
My love, I had to give

I reached into my inner-self
Deep down into my soul
I found my love and happiness
And once more I was whole

So now I am the happy one
That others want to be
I count my blessings everyday
And help others to see

That life is something to be held
And cherished in your heart
Not to be taken granted of
Nor to be torn apart
Earth's Subconscious

A sea stretched out far
That does not stop, does not end
A mind full of dreams
Mother Nature's Nightmare

Dark, green woods so thick
With no way out, no way in
A dream of pure fear
Sunset

The sun is setting
Into the blue horizon
To end a long day
The Perfect Dream

A sparkling, sapphire spring so crystal clear
And satin roses kissed with diamond dew
In bright arrays that bloom throughout the year

The vibrant rainbow gives a gorgeous hue
Of purple, yellow, orange, green, and red
So lovely it would blind the eyes to view

And silky blades of grass that form a bed
So soft and sweet to lay yourself upon
To lift your pain up off your worried head

And turn it to a spray of stars and sun
That twinkle down a shower full of love
To make a life where all your fears are gone

And hate is carried by an angel dove
Enveloped in the peace from up above
My Place

My place would be a world so full
Of luminescent love
A world of shining hope so bright
With crystal joys above

With gleaming peace awaiting all
Around each single bend
And swirling in  a misty wish
That never truly ends

I'd wrap myself so tight and snug
In cotton-soft delight
And passion beating down on me
Would let my heart take flight

Trough thickened clouds of happiness
That swiftly pass me by
All pushed by winds of lasting calm
That never ever die

And crystal streams that shimmer so
Made up of purest bliss
That sprinkle golden raindrops down
Much softer than a kiss

My place would be somewhere inside
I'd go when I'm apart
So deep inside my very sould
Inside of my own heart

If only others saw a place
Like mine inside them all
Instead of closing up their worlds
With hateful concrete walls

I hope someday my place can be
A wondrous world of peace
Where all the worries go away
And evil simply cease
He is Fear

I can see myself in the mirror But it isn't me I see What is that? Lurking in that world of dark illusions It's coming for me and I can't move It's reaching out to me Its sharp claws dripping the nightmares of days past Its eyes glowing without light Demons cling to its teeth like the bars of a dungeon Its black-hole heart, sucking me in It has a hold of my soul But I won't let him take it It's pulling me even closer into its eternal void I can feel myself sinking Deeper and deeper into emptiness With all my strength I pull away I am looking in the mirror again But I can't see anything this time All I can see....
Is me
