According to The Anime Fanlistings. a fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject.

ABOUT PENN-PENN
"PENN-PENN"
Likes: Anything that is associated with ice cream! He eats ice cream all day, but particulary he never gets tired of sweet Cherry-Cherry ice cream and it is sweet berry ice cream above all that he loves. He enjoys the tasty round candies with his youngest brother.
Speciality: Making snowball friends with a variety of facial expressions and signing sleeping songs for his brothers... the problem is they can't sleep... is he disturbing their sleep?.
Daily Activity: He always stumbles and trips here and there! His day goes so fast since he enjoys all diferent fantasies and adventures... so... he get hungry often.
Residence: Everyone knows the Little Igloo, the house next to Candy House, Bingsan Village, Orora Ave., the South Pole. Come and see us!.
Friends: There are so many friends in the South Pole. Loving and wise brothers, and Penguin friends, fishes in the South Pole whom he meets occasionally. His snowball friends with funny facial expressions!.
"PENN-PENN BROTHER"
Speciality: Arranging things and needs for his sloppy brother. Making his brother happy usign his most favorite ice cream, whenever his brother comes home sad. He always use ice cream to keep Penn-Penn with him wherever his brother tries to run away.
Boast: He is said to have the highest IQ throughout the South Pole and North Pole, who knows?.
