There are a few essential elements that are necessary for proper and safe stunting
1. Bases-Bases are the most important part of any stunt. Bases have to be strong and confindent. Bases usually never get any credit for what they do. As the bases say "It's all guts and no glory!"
2. Flyers-Flyers are also often climbers. They are always at the top of the stunt. They have to know how to be able to shift their weight properly to take some of the weight off the bases. Flying can be very dangerous and you need to be sure of what you are doing before flying.
3. Spotters-Spotters are also very important in stunting. Without the spotters, the flyers would be a mangled mess on the floor. Spotters also have to be properly trained before being included in any stunts.
