| Story: An ancient ring thought lost has been found, and through a strange twist in fate has been given to a hobbit named Frodo. When the great wizard, Gandalf the Grey discovers that the ring is the One Ring that the Dark Lord Sauron is searching for in order to conquer Middle Earth. Frodo must journey to the Cracks of Doom to destroy it and save his homeland. Also along for the journey is his friend Gandalf, Legolas, Gimli, Aragorn, Boromir and his friends, Merry, Pippin and Samwise. Through mountains, snow, forests, rivers, darkness and plains,.the Fellowship face evil and danger in every corner. Their quest is to destroy the One Ring, in hope to defeat Sauron! | Orlando Bloom: Orlando plays Legolas, a valiant elf from the forest of Mirkwood. Legolas joins the fellowship of the ring after his journey to Rivendell for the Council of Elrond. He was chosen to represent the elves. Throughout the epic, Legolas travels across Middle Earth, taking parts in battles that will change the course of history in his world. Orlando originally auditioned for the role of Frodo the hobbit which later on went to Ejilah Wood. |
