VOLUME I: 1948-1979
Volume I is for displaying United States Space Stamps from 1948 to 1979.
There are 16 individual space themed stamps necessary to fill Volume I. Total face value of stamps necessary to fill Volume I is $1.21. The stamp in Volume I with the lowest face value is 3 cents, while the stamp with the highest face value in Volume I is 15 cents.
This volume is the simplest and least expensive volume to fill, yet is one of the most interesting volumes because it encompasses stamps from the beginning of the space age and includes the Apollo moon landings.
