If you have a complaint about a bed please let me know. I will personaly reply and see to it that whatever problem might have occured during shipping or making of the product is resolved. As of yet, we have not received a complaint where the buyer was not %100 satisfied at the end of the transaction.
In all honesty I can not guarantee multiple items will be %100 the same. Since they are not made on factory machines but hand made, please allow small (up to 1/2") vareations in products length, width or hight.
If you have any questions at all about a product please let me know! As the buyer I know that you have all rights to know %100 about the product before purchase. So be picky! Ask questions.
